The SquareTales Reading App at Rs. 1299/ annum exclusive offer for KidEngage (Rs. 500 Flat off on actual cost of Rs. 1799)
Silicon Valley-based Edtech company Square Panda, has launched a new offering for young learners. Called SquareTales, this app teaches children foundational reading skills, taking them from pre-readers to independent readers.
Children are introduced to reading via fun stories and engaging characters, using just a few letters and small sentences to begin with. From the digital books, they gradually move to being able to read printable PDF books or physical books.
These books are provided in sets of 5, with each book slowly increasing in complexity, allowing early learners to develop reading skills with ease.
Each SquareTales story introduces letters via word families (like 'ap', 'in', etc.), and common sight words.
Additionally, each set of books comes with a whole reading kit that also includes learning activities (these are included in-app and are also free to download from the SquareTales website), rhymes, and songs (both available for free on the website).
The platform uses a patented blending engine “SwipePhonics” to teach very young children to read, using stories. Not just read, but read independently, by themselves. The app can be used on both tablet and mobile app.
SquareTales provides an ad-free, safe, and secure environment for your kids to have fun and learn.
